New Leaders Announced for Johannesburg and Durban South Africa Temples 

New leaders for both operating temples in South Africa have been announced.

Edward William Baldwin and Vanessa Ann Wilson Baldwin, Richards Bay Branch, Richards Bay South Africa District, have been called as president and matron of the Durban South Africa Temple. They will succeed President Leon A. Holmes and Sister Elizabeth A. Holmes.

President Baldwin is an assistant area auditor and a former district president, bishop and branch president. A retired ICT manager for King Cetshwayo District Municipality, he was born in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, to Julius Alfred Houtekiet Baldwin and Anna Baldwin.

Sister Baldwin is a ward Primary president and district Relief Society presidency counselor and a former ward Young Women president. She was born in Vereeniging, Gauteng, South Africa, to Arthur Gordon Wilson and Sheila Ann Wilson.

Michael Sinclair Wrench and Ann Lorraine Corrigan Wrench, Roodepoort Ward, Roodepoort South Africa Stake, have been called as president and matron of the Johannesburg South Africa Temple, succeeding President Talakufa J. Mkhabela and Sister Dorah Mkhabela.

President Wrench is a patriarch and temple sealer and a former temple presidency counselor, mission presidency counselor, stake presidency counselor and bishop. A retired computer manager, he was born in Cape Town, South Africa, to Wilfred Sinclair Wrench and Barbara Beryl Wrench.

Sister Wrench is a ward music chairperson, ward organist and pianist, and temple ordinance worker. Previously, she has served as an assistant to the matron in the temple, stake Relief Society president, Young Women president, and ward Primary presidency counselor. She was born in East London, South Africa, to Alfred James Corrigan and Rita Helena Corrigan. Both couples will begin their service in September this year.
